职位描述 |
1. Primary Purpose of the Function • The sales person of Kawneer China is responsible to promote Kawneer systems to stakeholders, to win profitable projects and to manage customer relations in their region 2. Major activities • Identify project opportunities and collect relevant information to qualify leads and prepare for bid/no-bid decisions • Discuss project opportunities with customers and demonstrate the competititveness of the Kawneer solution • Solicit relevant project information to enable the technical team to prepare quotations • Submit quotations to customers and lead negotiations to close deal and win the order • Manage the customer relationship during project execution until project completion • Coordinate with the technical team and supply chain team to resolve customer issues during project delivery • Provide candid feedback to peers and business leadership to contribute in the efforts to create a high performing team environment • Live the company values every day 3. Essential Knowledge & Skills/Education • Determined to drive results based on direction provided and targets set (self-starter) • Driven by achievement and personal growth vs status and privilege (goal getter) • Able to develop and foster new customer relations (hunter) • Convincing in communication when interacting with customers on value proposition and technical details (communicator) • Able to close a deal – incl. complex projects with multi-party decision making (value seller) • Externally oriented – exceeding customer expectations and beating competition (winner) • 3 years minimum sales experience in window/façade industry or related segments • Demonstrated results from previous experience 4. Major Customers • External customers of Kawneer China in the region 5. Basic or Minimum Qualifications (e.g., List the basic qualifications the individual must possess or this position. Basic Qualifications must be: Non Comparative (e.g., three years experience, NOT top five most experienced candidates); Objective (e.g., Bachelors degree in accounting, NOT business degree from good school); Relevant (relevant to performance of particular position to accomplish business goals). • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing • English language skills (fluent) • Software skills: MS Office (esp. EXCEL), CRM tools |
